Delete your data

You can permanently delete your Synergy AI account and everything tied to it — your content, agents, routines, neural-memory profile, and the credentials for any third-party services you connected. This is immediate and cannot be undone.

Things to know before you delete

Deleting your account is permanent. All of your data will be erased, and any remaining coins or subscription benefits will be lost.

If you have an active subscription, it will be cancelled automatically and you will not be charged again.

As required by law, we must keep certain records — such as billing and transaction records — for as long as the law requires.

How to delete your data

  1. Go to synergyai.studio and sign in with the account you want to delete.
  2. Open the menu in the top-right corner and choose My Account.
  3. Scroll to the bottom to the Delete my data section.
  4. Click Delete my data, then confirm and type DELETE when prompted.
  5. Your account and data are erased right away and you are signed out. There is nothing else you need to do.
