Do I need a separate subscription for each AI tool?
No. One SynergyAI account covers all nine studios — chat, images, video, music, apps, books, voice, agents and the workspace — with one sign-in and one balance, instead of a separate subscription for each.
Can I pay as I go?
Yes, and that is the normal way to use it. Top up whenever you like, and what you top up stays on your account until you spend it. A subscription is the other option, not a requirement: the Pro and Studio plans add a set amount every month, and you can cancel either one at any time, in which case it runs to the end of the month you have already paid for. A plan’s monthly balance ends with the plan — Studio keeps it for thirty days more — while anything you topped up stays.
Is there a free way to try it?
Yes. Continue with Google and a starter balance is already waiting: no card, no countdown. Plain chat also stays free for 500 calls a day across GPT-4o Mini and Gemini Flash Lite together, so there is still something to come back to once that starter balance is spent.
Do I pay for something that fails?
No. Images, video, music and voice show the price before you press the button, a chat reply costs what it uses within a Max per reply you can set, and a reply, a render or a song that fails is refunded automatically. Agents price the work before they start and stop at the spending limit you set, so a long job cannot quietly run up a bill while you are away.
